About This Session
As nonprofit leaders, we’re navigating high stakes — rapid political shifts, staff fatigue, widening gaps in community care. Whether you're an executive director, frontline manager, or HR/operations lead, the pressure is personal.
This 1-hour workshop offers a space to reconnect to your own source of steadiness — the body.
Through guided practice and discussion, we’ll explore how somatics (body-based learning) can help you lead with more presence, clarity, and alignment.
This session is a “taste test” of Farai’s 3-part Spring Cohort, launching soon in Boston.
What You’ll Experience
🌀 A simple somatic check-in practice you can use immediately
