How to you send us the product?

Prints are wrapped in cellophane bags and rolled into 1 inch card tubes. To get the best results for your home, office or institution/organization, we use matte paper which makes the inks look amazing but they can easily pick up fingerprints.

Do you sell framed prints?

Yes we DO (smile). We design custom jobs for institutions and organizations (smile). Call for details: SNL-REIDREN or email info@reidren.com

What if I want to frame the print myself?

All of the posters will fit the correct advertised frame size. If you are on a budget, the big box stores are will work, otherwise find a expert local framing shop for best results. For anyone in greater Boston i can make some suggestions (smile). Wonderful overview of framing process here, a little more detailed page here.

What shipping company do you use?

SHIPPING POLICY

Can I arrange for in-person pickups?

Absolutely (smile). If you live in metro-Boston, we can arrange a meeting to pick up your order.

Do you use a drop ship company?

No. We process our learning product orders ourselves (smile). Please keep in mind that all learning products are handmade in small batches.

What shipping company do you use?

The majority of orders are shipped via USPS. See shipping policy below.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We do not ship outside the United States with the exception of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and APO addresses.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box address?

Yes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box we will send your order via USPS. Please note: the United States Postal Service has size restrictions. If your order exceeds these restrictions we will contact you for an alternate shipping address.

Do you ship "Signature Required"?

Although we do not normally ship "signature required" we are happy to do so upon request. If you want your order shipped "signature required", please put "Ship Signature Required" in the Comments box during checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our returns policy includes orders we processed incorrectly and shipping damage.

We can’t guarantee every order is made and shipped perfectly, but we can guarantee to fix it if you contact us. You can send an email to info@reidren.com, or call us at 765-734-3736 so we can make it right, but first, please help us out by including a photo of the incorrect or damaged item(s) within 24 hours upon receiving. Otherwise all sales are final. A picture is worth a thousand words. If we need you to ship the item back, we will provide a shipping label.

We do not have a system for order exchanges.
