Process Variation and Black Organizational Excellence

It is difficult to predict exactly where the bead (data) will fall.  But over time, patterns appear and insight can be turned into solid decision-making (even foresight).  Here, it seems that some beads will fall left, some will fall right, but most fall somewhere in-between. 

If you are a community center the beads might represent youth tutoring transactions.

If you are a restaurant the beads might represent food plate transactions

If you are a school, the beads might represent student performance results.

It does not matter what organization or business you operate, measuring and controlling the patterns in your key day-to-day processes with greater understanding, will change your organization or business from one that is constantly putting out fires or on the brink of solvency, to one that is growing and locking in World-Class Excellence.
